Refund Policy

English paid plans are not open yet. When payments become available, purchases will be digital access rights for TypePiano online training content.

If one of the following happens after a paid checkout, contact us within 7 days for manual review:

• Duplicate or clearly mistaken charges.
• A technical failure caused payment issues and access was not granted correctly.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

Send refund requests to support@typepiano.org with payment time, amount, receipt or order identifier, and the account email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
